IEE’yi Türkiye ve K.K.T.C’de Temsil Eden İki Kulüpten Biri: DAÜ EMK

Institute of Industrial Engineers, 1948 yilinda kurulmustur. 2004 yili itibari ile dunya capinda 15.000 den fazle uyesi vardir. Uzun bir süre önce Bir Mezunlarımız tarafından üye yapılan ve Türkiye’de ve KKTC’de üyesi olan sadece Bilkent ve DAÜ Endüstri Mühendisliği bölümleri vardır.Uzun süredir aktif olmayan üyeliğimiz önümüzdeki dönem içerisinde yeni yapılanmalara başlayacak olup, Student Chapters adı altında bir dizi halinde sertifika programları sunulacaktır.

Bu yapılanma için , Çalışmalar ve bilgi akışı Aybars ZENGER üzerinden olmaktadır. Amerika’da ki yetkililer ile iletişimde olan eski DAÜ EMK yönetim kurulu üyemiz yeni lokal grubumuzu tekrar aktif hale getirmek için çalışmaları yürütmeye başlamışlardır.DAÜ Endüstri Mühendisliği Bölümü’nün ise ABET akreditasyon çalışmalarında da etkisi bulunan bu kurum Endüstri Mühendisliği öğrencileri akademisyenleri ve profesyonelleri bünyesinde bulundurmaktadır.
